K3150 Series “RF” Reinforced Vinyl Tubing Food and Beverage Grade - Standard Wall
Blue-tinted cover and tube compounded from Non-Toxic PVC ingredients in compliance with applicable FDA** requirements. Reinforced with spiraled polyester yarn and with multiple longitudinal polyester yarn (orange yarn for identification) to reduce elongation under pressure. Compound hardness 73 Shore “A”. Kuri Tec® food grade hoses are now manufactured from all phthalate free materials. The tubing still maintains all previous standards/characteristics, but with the added benefit of being phthalate-free.
USDA - Accepted for general use in slaughtering, processing, transporting, or storage areas in direct contact with meat or poultry food product prepared under Federal Inspection.
FDA - CFR Title 21 Parts 170 to 199.
NSF Approved - Certified under Standard 51. Plastic materials and compounds used in food equipment. Compound is also certified under Standard NSF- 61 for drinking water system components.
Meets 3A Criteria - Complies with the Criteria in 3A Sanitary Standards for Multiple-Use Plastic Materials Used as Product Contact Surfaces for Dairy Equipment, Number 20-18 as Amended. Proposition 65 - Compounds contain no substances designated as hazardous under California Proposition 65.

Tubing sold by the foot.
Produced from Kynar® Flex resin, a co-polymer material, PVDF tubing offers the stable characteristics of a fluoropolymer. In addition, it has abrasion resistance, mechanical strength and an inherent high purity. PVDF tubing also offers chemical compatibility in higher pH solutions, increased impact strength and better clarity than standard PVDF. These features make PVDF tubing ideal for use in the semiconductor industry, pulp and paper industry, and chemical and food processing.
Max. operating temperature 250°F
Priced by the foot, sold in coil lengths only.
Liquid-filled gauges are recommended for use in applications which are subject to pulsating pressures or mechanical vibrations. Stainless steel gauges are suited for applications where conditions such as corrosive fluids, or environments with pulsations or vibrations, are present.
