March Series 5 pumps are ideal for a wide variety of applications involving highly corrosive chemicals, such as film process chemical recirculation, refrigerators, small fume scrubbers and detergent mixers. Models constructed of Kynar® PVDF are typically used in the plating industry to pump strong halogen solutions and concentrated chromic or sulfuric acid. The Series 5 pumps are rated to 18 gpm flow and for heads up to 29 feet ( or 50 feet with air motor ). Connections sizes - 1" FPT inlet and 1/2" MPT outlet. Materials of construction on the Series 5 are the widest in the March line affording maximum compatibility with a variety of solutions. These materials included polypropylene, carbon-filled Kynar®, 316 stainless steel, ceramic and Viton®. Submersible models are available. Priming Reservoir Option - Wetted materials are polypropylene and Viton®. Series 5 - maximum suction lift of 10 feet.

March Series 5.5 pumps deliver maximum flow of 30 gpm at head up to 41 feet. Able to handle chemicals of all kinds at temperatures up to 190°F. Units with Kynar® PVDF housings can handle strong halogen solutions and certain chromic and sulfuric acids. Other options for materials include glass filled polypropylene, ceramic, Viton®, and 316 stainless steel. Standard port configurations a 1" FPT inlet and 3/4" MPT outlet. Priming Reservoir Option - Wetted materials are polypropylene and Viton®. Series 5.5 - maximum suction lift of 7 feet.
