K010 Series - Clear Vinyl Tubing Non-Toxic Food and Beverage Grade - Non-Reinforced Tubing
Compounded from non-toxic crystal clear PVC ingredients, formulated to meet applicable FDA, USDA, 3A and NSF regulations. High gloss crystal clear appearance with glass smooth interior to reduce sediment buildup. Kuri Tec® food grade hoses are now manufactured from all phthalate free materials. The tubing still maintains all previous standards/characteristics, but with the added benefit of being phthalate-free.
USDA and FDA - Chemically suitable for general use in slaughtering, processing, transporting, or storage areas in direct contact with meat or poultry food product prepared under Federal Inspection.
NSF Approved - Certified under Standard 51, Plastic materials and compounds used in food equipment. Compound is also certified under Standard NSF-61 for drinking water system components.
3A - Complies with the criteria in 3-A Sanitary Standards for Multiple-use Plastic Materials used as Product Contact Surfaces for Dairy Equipment, Number 20-18 as amended.

K3150 Series “RF” Reinforced Vinyl Tubing Food and Beverage Grade - Standard Wall
Blue-tinted cover and tube compounded from Non-Toxic PVC ingredients in compliance with applicable FDA** requirements. Reinforced with spiraled polyester yarn and with multiple longitudinal polyester yarn (orange yarn for identification) to reduce elongation under pressure. Compound hardness 73 Shore “A”. Kuri Tec® food grade hoses are now manufactured from all phthalate free materials. Crystal-clear PVC reinforced with a helically-wound spring steel wire. Compounded from non-toxic PVC ingredients in compliance with FDA requirements. Compound hardness 73 +/- 3 Shore “A”.
USDA, FDA, NSF and 3A - Meets the same requirements as K7130 listed above.
Static Dissipation - This product is designed to dissipate static electricity when the electrogalvanized helical steel wire is properly connected to ground, through the fitting or other means.

It also meets FDA 21 CFR, 175.300 criteria and 3-A Plastics Standard Criteria.
