Tubing

Produced from Kynar® Flex resin, a co-polymer material, PVDF tubing offers the stable characteristics of a fluoropolymer. In addition, it has abrasion resistance, mechanical strength and an inherent high purity. PVDF tubing also offers chemical compatibility in higher pH solutions, increased impact strength and better clarity than standard PVDF. These features make PVDF tubing ideal for use in the semiconductor industry, pulp and paper industry, and chemical and food processing.
Max. operating temperature 250°F
Priced by the foot, sold in coil lengths only.

Norprene® A-60-F Food Processing Tubing
Norprene® Food Process Tubing consistently outperforms general purpose rubber tubing in a wide variety of applications. It will not weaken or crack following years of exposure to heat and ozone. Norprene® Food Processing Tubing is extremely abrasion resistant and bends easily to simplify custom component assembly.
Simplifies Cleaning and Sterilization
Norprene® Food Process Tubing is ideal for use in clean-in-place and steam-in-place cleaning and sterilization systems. It is compatible with virtually all commercial cleaners and sanitizers and can be repeatedly autoclaved for up to five cycle times without affecting its overall service life. Norprene® Food Process Tubing fully complies with FDA 21 CFR, 177,2600 criteria, 3-A Sanitary Standards and NSF Standard 51.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
Norprene® Food Process Tubing provides superior resistance to man corrosive fluids when compared to general purpose rubber tubing. Norprene® has excellent acid and alkali resistance and is compatible with numerous oxidizing agents such as ozone and bleach.
• Long life in peristaltic pumps
• Temperature resistant from -75°F to 275°F

FEP is a fluoropolymer with excellent physical and chemical properties. It can withstand low cryogenic temperatures, and has low porosity and low permeation. Chemically inert at extreme temperatures, FEP can operate in temperatures ranging from -450°F to +400°F. FEP’s transparency and weatherability make it ideal for use in sight gauges, especially when used with harsh chemicals.
Sold by the foot.

PFA’s stress-crack resistance, excellent electrical properties and temperatureresistant properties make it ideal for use in cable coating, valve and pump linings, and insulating bushings. PFA, which can operate in temperatures ranging from -320°F to + 500°F, is chemically inert and virtually non-porous. Used in any application with high heat and chemical requirements, PFA’s non-stick characteristics promote ease of movement of viscous, aggressive compounds, and prevent binding of proteins.
Sold by the foot.

Tygon® 2375 - Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing
Formulation 2375 - Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing
Provides the highest degree of chemical resistance in a clear, flexible tubing. Until now, many applications for clear flexible tubing were limited due to chemical attack from the fluid transported. Tygon® 2375 Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing broadens the range of usability with its expanded chemical resistance. Tygon® 2375 Chemical Resistant Tubing for food and beverage applications offers an unequaled combination of chemical resistance, clarity and flexibility. The tubing is virtually unaffected by acids, bases, ketones, salts, and alcohols.
Non-DEHP and Plasticizer-Free
Tygon® 2375 tubing is entirely free of plasticizers. Fluid contamination from leaching plasticizers is eliminated, as is premature embrittlement due to plasticizer extraction.
Tygon® 2375 - Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing
• Resistant to MEK and other aggressive chemistry
• Smooth interior to inhibit particulate build-up
• Hydrophobic, reduces absorption of aqueous fluids
• Minimal outgassing from tubing protects sensitive environments and processes
• Compound hardness rating 75, Shore “A”
• Max. recommended operating temperature: 130°F
• Low temperature flexibility: -103°F
• FDA CFR 177.1520, NSF 51, REACH compliant
