Valves & Actuation
Note - Pressure ratings shown above are the maximum allowable inlet pressure for the solenoid followed by the maximum allowable back pressure @ 73° F
** This is an optional version of the 1” valve where the design has been modified to allow higher inlet pressures at the sacrifice of lower Cv.

Advantages of Plast-O-Matic Gauge Guards
• Inexpensive initial investment • Reduces instrument failures • Reduces system down time • Eliminates special alloy instruments • Maximum chemical / temperature compatibility
* “T” in model number refers to PTFE diaphragm, FKM available, change “T” to “V”, prices are the same.
Plast-O-Matic Chemical Gauge Guards should be utilized to isolate and protect pressure or vacuum instruments used on ultra-pure or highly corrosive fluid lines. Utilization of Plast-O-Matic gauge guards offers the added advantage of protection against clogging of instruments caused by suspended solids or highly viscous fluids. Gauge Guards are available with or without gauges.
